Strawberry, mixed red berries, citrus and peach. Medium bodied. The fruitiness of the palate is well balanced with vibrant acidity. The finish is long, clean and refreshing. This is a super sexy summer sipper, or simply put, 'Adult Cool-Aid with a kick!!'
100% of the grapes used for making the 2010 Rose are self-rooted, and come from our 17 year old Scharf Road West vineyard which produces our Gamay Noir. We currently have a total of 60 acres of vineyards in West Kelowna, all within 10 kilometers of our winery.
A great brunch and lunch wine. Try with shrimp salad tossed in raspberry vinaigrette, prosciutto with melon, soft goat cheese, antipasto, Tandoori and Thai chicken. Also try with grilled or broiled salmon, ham, lobster, omelettes, pizza, or pork tenderloin.
