Chardonnay is truly one of the great grape varieties produced in Niagara, and our example from our Triomphe line is an excellent place to start.
Aromas of blossoms, orchard fruit [apple, pear peach] and foundation of earth, yeast and smoke.
Creamy texture, mouthwatering acidity, with flavours of pear and peach brûlée leading to a long, tangy finish. Drink now for its fresh, vibrant character, and age 3-6 years for added complexity.
Bright gold to the eye.
Serve with bloomy-rind cheeses, creamy seafood, roasted chicken and roast pork with apples.
