2013 was an outstanding vintage with ideal amounts of rainfall in the late Spring followed by a long and slow maturation on the Back 10 vines. This low yield Riesling was hand harvested under optimal conditions. The grapes were pressed whole into "free run" juice and fermented cold with select yeast. It is a dense concentration of grapefruit, pear, lime and candied lemon with a background of minerality. A beautifully balanced wine with lively acidity and broad mouth feel.
