A long, cool ferment was conducted in a combination of 85% stainless steel tanks and 15% 2nd fill French oak barrels. This combination provides a rich and textural mouth feel without having any obvious oak wood burying the fruit flavours.

The palate is full of the flavors of white grapefruit and a touch of tropical Kiwi fruit. Good intensity with a lovely rounded edge and a refreshing, lively finish.
