From the Redfoot Vineyard. Conventional viticultural practices and hand-harvest.
This is our first vintage of Pinot Gris produced from the well-established vines and red clay soil rich Redfoot Vineyard. A very fruit forward wine with aromas of peach and pineapple dominant on the nose. Aromatic flavours of fresh passion fruit and floral notes are accompanied by hints of tart citrus on the palate.
This is a wine that calls for light and delicate fare such as kale salad with chicken and candied pecans. Also a great match for dishes like grilled peaches wrapped in prosciutto or calamari with grilled lemon of course its perfect enjoyed all on its own.
