This 100% Auxerrois, from one of the oldest plantings left in North America, was fermented half in stainless steel and half in French Oak.
Sur lie aging has given it a soft, butter complexity on the finish.

Aromas of red apple and pear.
The palate delivers tropical fruits such as banana and young pineapple with hints of nectarine and apricot. A touch of minerality reflects the terroir of our estate vineyards.
This wine will pair beautifully with poultry dishes, mild cheeses or wild mushroom risotto.
