With all those different grape varieties involved, it’s no wonder there’s a lot going on in this wine! The nose has floral, tropical fruit, melon, peach and pear notes while the palate displays green apple, citrus and peach. Serve at 9 - 12⁰ C and best consumed within 1-3 years of vintage.
A delightfully aromatic white blend of 55% Riesling, 13% Müller-Thurgau, 8% each of Pinot Blanc, Schönberger and Kerner, 6% Pinot Gris and 2% Viognier. The Riesling grapes for this wine were sourced from a grower with vineyards planted on the slopes of a mountain alongside of Lake Okanagan in Vernon. The remainder of the grapes were grown in the South Okanagan.
Enjoy with pork chops/ tenderloin with grilled peaches, salad greens with pears & chevre & walnuts, chicken breasts with fruit salsa, or mild cheeses.
