Next all grapes undergo a gentle whole bunch pressing, all which happens within minutes of the grapes being picked. Next the juice is cold settled in stainless steel tanks then racked away from its solids and inoculated with select yeast. Following fermentation, the wine is allowed to settle at cold temperatures to aid clarification before filtering and bottling. This is wine in its purest form elegant and stylish from the vine to the glass.
