Produced in a light and crisp style. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks with no malolactic fermentation. The fruit was immediately, gently de-stemmed and allowed to cold soak overnight. The clean juice was then racked off into stainless steel tanks where it was fermented for several weeks at an average temperature of 17 C until dryness.
All grapes for the 2015 Pinot Gris were hand harvested at the optimal sugar and acid levels from our select Pinot Gris vineyard located on prime bench land.
