Made from grapes sourced from 5 certified organic vineyards: Southbrook Estate, Sabourin, Reimer, Palmira and Laundry. Cool stainless steel fermentation of all varietal lots with cultured yeast. Lots were carefully blended, lightly bentonite fined and then sterile filtered to bottle.
The nose presents notes of tropical fruit, with a fresh herbaceous note and bergamot.
Palate has a nice balance of acidity, sweetness and alcohol making it refreshing and cleansing.
