Sourced from 4 vineyads: Southbrook Estate Vidal, Palmira Vineyards Vidal, Reimer Vineyard Rielsing and Gewurztraminer and Laundry Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc.
Cool stainless steel fermentation of all varietal lots, some with indigenous yeast and some with cultured yeast. Lots were then carefully blended, lightly bentonite fined and then racked and sterile filtered to bottle.
The nose shows lime zest, grapefruit, apple, as well as youthful and fresh floral notes and green tea.
The palate has vibrant acidity, fruitiness and minerality with a cleansing, mouth-watering finish.
