They say that patience is a virtue. When it comes to nurturing Gewürztraminer’s delicate aromatic sensibilities, it’s an absolute necessity. We choose to press our Gewürztraminer very slowly and very gently to extract and protect the fragile aromatics in these pink- skinned grapes. Our patience was rewarded with a beautiful, full-bodied Alsatian style wine with aromas of rose petals. Take a little time to smell them. All our winemaking decisions get the same attention to detail as the Gewürztraminer does. And the results show in every bottle. On that, you have our word.
