Monteregie
After André Lauzon planted vines in 1998, he showed a rare level of patience in Canadian viticulture by waiting until 2006 to produce his first vintage, after evaluating how the hybrid vines adapted to local conditions. Some rare varieties are included among the 10,000 vines planted at Les Vents d’Anges, including kay gray for whites, and Montreal blues for reds. A wine bar and bistro service are offered on Friday nights.
