About the winery

Although this medieval-themed vineyard boasts some 25-year-old riesling vines, most of the vineyard was planted in the past 10 years. So far, the vineyard, with its pesticide- and herbicide-free approach, produces a sweet white wine called Gente Dame, a spiced red wine modelled after the hypocras of the Middle Ages, as well as a sparkling, red and white wine.
