About the winery

Owners spared no expense creating this domaine in a breathtaking setting on the hillside of Mount Sutton. Imposing stone walls support 18 terraces, forming an amphitheatre. A Romanesque-style stone chapel, banquet hall and four levels of impressive medieval cellars complement the vineyard. The vines are not hilled, but individually wrapped with thermal insulation, and the vineyard is managed organically. The winery specializes in Icewines for which it has won medals at two top world competitions.
