Lanaudière
The owners purchased an old raspberry farm on the north shore of the St. Lawrence in 1997 and planted a vineyard that same year. Both hybrids and vinifera (chardonnay, gewürztraminer, zweigelt, merlot) are made into a wide range of wines. Their son, Hugo Bussières, is now helping with viticulture and vinifications, and their daughter, Julie Bussières, a pastry chef, now operates a table champêtre and prepares sweet treats for sale in the boutique.
