About the winery

Hubert Philion, the fifth generation of the family to work in the family orchards, turned to cider making in 2004 with great success. He produces two products only, in small quantities, both truly remarkable. The iced cider Friga and the iced perry Gaia are both delicious and deeply flavourful, thanks to slow, cool fermentations and natural cryoconcentration of sugars by winter temperatures.
