Since our beginning 18 years ago, Strewn has been committed to - and inspired by - the expression of Terroir. This 'sense of place' is reflected in our wine and the menus at the recreational cooking school and onsite restaurant. As a destination, Strewn is unique. At the heart are our award-winning VQA wines, crafted to enhance the dining experience or enjoyed on their own. OLiV Tapas Bar & Restaurant, under the direction of Chef Robert Webster, creates beautifully flavoured tapas (small plates), shared plates for two (or more) and full entrees. There is a suggested wine match from Strewn’s sommelier for every dish on the menu. Open from 11:30 am – 8:00 pm seven days a week.
