About the winery
Nk’Mip Cellars (pronounced inka-meep) is the only Aboriginal owned and operated winery in North America, residing on 32,000 acres of reserve desert soil in the South Okanagan Valley. The winery blends new world oenology with traditional values, reflecting the forward-thinking nature of the Osoyoos Indian Band.

- We belong to the Great Estates of the Okanagan wine club, including ourselves, Jackson Triggs, Inniskillin, See Ya Later Ranch, and Sumac Ridge.
- Restaurant
- Our winery has a patio restaurant that offers a full lunch menu from 11:30-4:00 each day from May through October. Long table, family style dinners are also available in July and August, featuring a predefined menu each Saturday at 7:00 pm.
- Tour
- Public winery tours are $10 p/person, take 1 hour, and include a taste of 5 wines. They are held daily at 11:00, 1:00, and 3:00 (as well as 5:00 in July and August) | Private “Essence” Tours are once a day at 10:30 am, by appointment only. These specialty food and wine pairing experiences are $35 per person.

- BC Liquor Stores and specialty wine sellers. In Alberta, our wines can be found through Liquor Direct. Two of our wines, the Rose and the Mer’r’iym Meritage, are winery exclusive, but can also be purchased online
