About the winery

Nighthawk Vineyards has been harvesting high quality grapes for over 17 years, and has evolved from vineyard to boutique farm gate winery, featuring exceptional hand crafted wines unique to the high altitude vineyard that they call home. The vineyard is the passion of Daniel & Christy Bibby and their children. Together they work the land, nurture the vineyard and create exceptional hand crafted wines. From April to October each year they proudly share their small lots' vintage and the story of Nighthawk Vineyards.
