About the winery

Our Winery sits on 12 hectares of fruit orchards and berries near Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia. All wines are 100% produced from luscious crops of apples, cranberries and wild blueberries hand picked at our farm and neighbouring estates. Our Winery also produces excellent quality and well valued grape dessert wines. Our hand-crafted ciders are all natural and made with 100% freshly-pressed apples from the famed Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, Canada. Bulwark Ciders are crisp and refreshing and have a taste profile reminiscent of the traditional well-rounded classic ciders.

NSLC liquor stores as well as private stores in BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan. Distributors in various USA states, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and Holland. We will be available in the UK soon. Available at the Wolfville Farmers Market.

Tasting room

We sell our cider at the site during regular business hours from Monday to Friday only.
