About the winery

Our winery started as a dream. We’ve been interested in wine for a long time, ever since Vern’s earliest experiments in elementary school with raspberry and dandelion wine. Despite our predictably limited success as elementary school vintners, in 1991, we opened a three acre vineyard growing 50 different grape varietals. More recently, in 2009, we finally realized our dream of opening a boutique winery, the Mount Lehman Winery.Today, we’re well known for our award winning wines, and we are committed to growing our local, family run business.
