About the winery

For over 100 years the Milan family has explored traditional wine making methods and have amassed great knowledge in the art of making truly fine wine. Alberto Milan, the pioneer of Milan Wineries in Canada was born in 1943 in Conegliano Veneto, province of Treviso, Italy. Since then he has traveled around the world sharing his expertise and developing new ventures in China, Argentina and Mexico. We believe that whatever the technology used to produce today's wine, the true spirit of wine making can only come through with a view to the past as well as to the future. The Milan family has a rich history and a past rooted in the wine region of Veneto, Italy, which is renowned as the leader in the wine appellation of Prosecco. Prosecco wines are truly wines of distinction that compare with Champagne in quality. Come visit us, we are located right in the Greater Toronto Area, and are accessible by transit (TTC).
