About the winery

With the planting of 16000 Vitis Viniferas of Gamay-Noir and Chardonnay imported from France was a huge undertaking! Our goal was always to put out premium wines and grow the industry in PEI. In wines we have a Chardonnay, Gamay-Noir and a Rose in dry un-oaked wines and also offer dessert wines that are very unique. A Strawberry Chardonnay and Wildberry Gamay where we take the finished wine and infuse it with the essence of the fruit. In adding Distillery to our name we also wanted to add some very unique products that are Portuguese based. Our spirits are Bagaco, Anisette and Angelica. The Bagaco is like an " Italian Grappa ", the Anisette a licorice flavoured liqueur and the Angelica is often compared to a light port of sherry. All very enjoyable! Since opening in 2011 we have won 9 medals which is a testament to our passion and quality of our products! Come visit, sample our wines and spirits, and tour our vineyard.
