About the winery

Ciders are only part of the diverse production of this certified organic domaine on Île d’Orléans, run by Claire and Philippe Steinbach, who came to visit from Belgium in 1995 and never left. Condiments such as mustards and jams, as well as terrines and pâtés, are also created.
