No expense was spared in setting up this winery, owned by former National Bank CEO Léon Courville, who is convinced of the potential for quality wine in Québec. The vineyard, planted on a slope facing Brome Lake, enjoys a warmer microclimate, thanks to the moderating effects of the water and protection from surrounding mountains.
