About the winery

We are an urban family that had a dream about living on a vineyard in Prince Edward County. In 2009 we purchased a 34 acre farm that had a forest, three hayfields, helpful neighbours, and a thousand newly planted grapevines. We are a family of six. My lovely wife and I are in our forties, our three girls are fourteen years and under. Nanna lives with us as well. We still don’t know where we will end up or how realistic The Dream really is, but we hope to share the journey and the struggle of growing grapes and starting a winery from scratch with our readers and have some fun on the way.
