16 mile cellar is a small, family-owned and operated winery and vineyard. Founded in 2010, we are located on 16 Mile Creek, at the food of the 20 Mile Bench, near the town of Jordan. We have grapes planted on 20 of our 28 acre property including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Geisenheim and old vine table grapes; some almost 100 years old. Our wines exhibit the rich soil and climate characteristics of the Niagara Escarpment. We are zealous winemakers. From planting to harvesting and from production to delivery we work hard every day to ensure that every bottle meets our exacting standards. Our goal is to produce small quantities of hand-picked, hand-made and distinctive wines each year. By doing so, we hope to earn our customers' trust and their support.
