Grapes for the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon were sourced from a grower with vineyards planted in the South Okanagan Valley along the famous Black Sage Road, in Oliver, BC. The vines, which are grafted onto rootstock, were planted in 1996 and thrive in the sandy soils of the desert-like climate.
Enjoy with Gouda, gorgonzola or blue cheese. Try with BBQ’d steak, short ribs, roasts, grilled lamb, game meats, cheeseburgers and pasta with tomato sauces.
