With the exception of the Cab. Sauv., all of the grapes came from Kalala Westbank Certified Organic vineyard where the nights get considerably cooler. This helps to maintain acidity in the fruit which helps to develop a more fruit-forward wine.
Kalala’s traditional red blend. All of the wines were done individually and after extensive bench trial sessions the ratios were decided.
Stainless-steel aging was done to preserve freshness and fruitiness.

This blend of Merlot, Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Syrah is a perfect sipping red, or serve with chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese.
