2007 was truly a viticulturist’s vintage with many commenting that it proved to be a difficult year compared to the “really easy” vintage of 2006. Early rainfall in late September prompted an accelerated picking schedule; however, with proper vineyard management and farming practices throughout the summer, the resulting crop was of very high quality.
