Andrew brings knowledge and skills to the winery having graduated from Brock University CCOVI program and working on numerous vintages over the past 7 years. He’s worked in Nova Scotia gaining valuable experience in hybrid and vinifera varieties. Using the lastest technologies and some traditional producing high quality wines respective of the varietals characteristics. During his stay out east he was also responsible for creating a distillery on-site at the winery, winning numerous awards both locally and internationally for his wines and spirits. Believing that high quality wines and spirits begin with the fruit from the vineyard, that follows through to the cellar. Andrew is excited about the potential of the new growing region known as Ontario garden belt.
